Loki is a 6 year old Basset Hound and Lhasa Apso mix. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. Loki does fine with cats and other dogs after she has a period to warm up to them; she currently resides with an Akita and two cats. She is a wonderful and loving companion as long as she can remain within her comfort zone. Loki would do best in an adult home or in a home with children over the age of 10. Loki can exhibit food aggression with other pets or small children. Loki must be rehomed following the birth of a child into her family as the adjustment has proved too much for her. Loki exhibits slight separation anxiety when her family leaves the home and needs to be crated (crate provided with adoption) when her family is not home. She is not destructive, but will let you know she is unhappy that you left, by leaving you a “present” if she is not crated. She has a wonderful and loving disposition to adults within her home and has so much love to give to the right family!
